PURPOSE:To prevent misoperation by connecting a threaded cylindrical member to a female thread portion of a liner and attaching a lever handle to a male serration portion of the threaded cylindrical member so as to providing a handling mechanism to which the liner is linked axially movably in advancing and retracting manner. CONSTITUTION:A liner 11 has a female thread portion 7b to which a threaded cylindrical member 17 having at the end periphery a flange 45 is connected, and a valve body 1 has a threaded port 44a with which a ring 39a is engaged, and the threaded cylindrical member 17 has a male serration portion 23 to which a lever handle 36 is axially connected through a female serration portion 23a, whereby the liner 11 is held axially. This provides a handling mechanism 34 to which the liner 11 is linked axially movably in advancing and retracting manner so as to adjust flow rate of hot and cold water through the liner 11. Therefore, a handle or the like can be attached to one end of the valve body to prevent misoperation.
