Anemometer has sail that is fixed without possibility of motion on vertical axis, registration device, body, elastic and hermetic pad, directed light source fixed in the lower part of vertical axis, at least one spring that with one end is fixed to the body and with the other end – to directed light source. Sail and light source are connected at such distance from pad and have such mass proportions that difference of moments of forces of gravity affecting vertical axis is equal to zero. Registration device is placed under light source. |
