<p>PURPOSE:To improve strength and rigidity and to improve casting performance of reinforcing material by casting reinforcing material formed by compounding fiber aggregate with Al and Al alloy in a caliper. CONSTITUTION:Fiber aggregate is compounded with Al and Al alloy to form reinforcing material (a), and the reinforcing material (a) is cast in a caliper (b) extending from a back portion (c) thereof to a claw portion (d) thereof. The shape of the reinforcing material (a) is, for example, concave-convex. As a fiber to be used, cited are inorganic fibers such as Al2O3, SiC, boron, ceramics and so on, metal fiber, carbon fiber and synthetic fiber.</p> |
