PURPOSE:To set desired light reception position and light reception shape or the like by providing a desired space filter in the position or in the shape or the like of a light-transmissive part on the upper or lower face of a light- transmissive plate and replacing this filter. CONSTITUTION:Photoelectric conversion element 3 are arranged on the bottom face of an aperture part 2 formed in the about center of a box body 1 of a photodetector and are so fixed that their light receiving faces are directed to the aperture side. A space filter 6 consisting of a light shielding film pattern is formed on a light-transmissive plate 5, and the light-transmissive plate 5 is fitted to the aperture part of the box body 1. Light-transmissive parts 7a and 7b are formed only in desired positions facing elements 3a and 3b or in desired shapes, and a light shielding film is formed on the other part. The light-transmissive plate 5 where the space filter 6 is formed is put on photoelectric conversion element 3a and 3b to change the light reception position and the light reception shape in accordance with light-transmissive parts 7a and 7b. |
