PURPOSE:To lengthen the life and to prevent breakage by interposing an elastic/ plastic member between two fixed plates, and disposing a plurality of rigid rings in the outer periphery of the member, which have engaging portions for regulating the relative movement in the radial direction of the adjacent rings. CONSTITUTION:Fixed plates 23, 24 are fixed to members 21, 22 in such a manner as to face each other, and an elastic/plastic member 25 which is, for example, formed cylindrical by lead is interposed and fixed between the fixed plates 23, 24. A plurality of rings 26 are installed in the outer periphery of the elastic/ plastic member 25 in such a manner as to be close to the outer peripheral surface of the elastic/plastic member 25 and be stacked in the axial direction. The rings 26 are formed by iron, for example, which has tensile strength greater than that of the elastic/plastic member 25.
