PURPOSE:To increase or decrease the compressive deformation allowance of a lip part of a sealed surface as well as to make improvements in operatability at door closing and in sealability at driving at high speed, by installing a pair of hollow parts in a seal member, while decompressing and deforming the inside in a manner conformable to door opening or closing. CONSTITUTION:An in-and-out pair of hollow parts 5 and 6 being longitudinally pierced into a base part 3 of a seal member 1 in a parallel manner are installed there. And, according to on-off motion of a door D, the inside of the hollow part 5 is decompressed whereby a first flexible wall 8 is elastically curved and deformed as well as another hollow part 6 is decompressed and a second flexible wall 9 is deformed in the same manner. Therefore, a lip part 4 having the hollow formed with an outer wall 10 is tilted to the car outside or the car inside in response to the on-off motion of the door D, and thereby compressive deformation allowance L0 to a sealed surface is increased or decreased. Thus, operatability during closure of the door D and during door closure, especially sealability to a suction-out phenomenon of the doors D at the time of driving at high speed both are well improvable.
