PURPOSE:To attain excellent TV reception by constituting a diversity reception antenna with plural high frequency pickups detecting a high frequency surface current flowing concentratingly to a car body circumference ridge so as to improve the directivity of the antenna and to reduce the multi-path noise. CONSTITUTION:The high frequency pickup 32 has structure where a loop antenna 52 is provided in a case 50 made of a conductor, the case 50 shields the external electromagnetic field, has an aperture 62 at one side, a loop antenna 52 is exposed from the aperture 62 and arranged nearly toward a pillar leg plate 38 on which the high frequency surface current flows concentratingly. In order to inert the high frequency pickup 32 into a hollow prism of the pillar leg plate 38, an aperture 38' is provided at a part of the pillar leg plate 38 and before a front pillar garnish 48 is fixed, the high frequency pickup 32 is inserted in the inside of the pillar 34. Thus, the magnetic flux caused by the high frequency surface current flowing concentratingly on the pillar is interlinked efficiently to the loop antenna 52.
