PURPOSE:To prevent electromagnetic disturbance such as discharge or the like by separating a supported body and a support of a magnetic bearing from each other in such a manner as to ensure electrical insulation therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A rotary anode 9 is fixed to a supported body 11 where a ring-shaped magnetic material 10 is mounted, and a part of an anode current introduction device 12 installed on a case is brought into contact with an electric current supply terminal 13. The rotary anode is separated from the case confronting with the ring-shaped magnetic material on the supported body in such a manner that even if the supported body is charged to be high potential, electromagnetic disturbance such as discharge or the like is not caused. Accordingly, an influence of high potential of the supported body is not exerted upon a magnetic pole and a coil, so that electromagnetic disturbance such as discharge or the like can be prevented.
