摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To decrease the delay and to attain excellent linearity even at a high oscillating frequency by applying respectively the 1st and 2nd reference voltages to the base of the 1st and 4th transistors (TRs) and using an output of a Schmitt circuit so as to control the base of the 7th and 8th TRs. CONSTITUTION:The Schmitt circuit 7 controls basically a charge/discharge circuit 4. A reference voltage VH is fed to a base of a TR 12 and a reference voltage VL lower than the reference voltage VH is fed to a base of a TR 16 and a charging voltage of a capacitor 5 is inputted to bases of TRs 13, 15. A differential amplifier 17 is connected to a negative fixed voltage -Vcc via a resistor 21 and an NPN TR 20 constituting a constant current source. A control circuit section 22 controls the base voltage of the TR 18 or 19 corresponding to a collector current of the TRs 13, 15 and the collector current of the TRs 12, 16.</p>
