PURPOSE:To adjust a degree of evaporation or sublimation of a perfumy agent according to riders' taste and/or circumstances inside a car room, by rotating a tapelike rotor fitted with the perfumy agent, while constituting an optional spot so as to be approximated to a heater capable of temperature control. CONSTITUTION:A tapelike rotor 1 is rotated by hand or an automatic controller, and an optional spot of a perfumy agent 2 being charged to the inside of a bubblelike cavitied part 1C is approximated to a heater 3, heating it as long as necessary, whereby evaporation or sublimation of the perfumy agent 2 is started. And, with temperature in the heater 3 regulated, a stop, a dispersion velocity and a dispersion quantity of the perfumy agent 2 is controlled according to taste of each individual rider and circumstances inside a car room. Doing like this, when the specified perfumy agent 2 in the bubblelike cavitied part 1C of the rotor 1 is completely evaporated or dispersed up, next, the rotor is rotated, and the perfumy agent 2 in a new bubble cavitied part 1C being not heated so far is approximated to the heater 3. |
