PURPOSE:To check an abnormal rise in discharge pressure of a compressor and refrigerant outlet temperature, by lowering a revolving speed of the compressor down to some extent at a time when the refrigerant outlet temperature of the compressor reaches to more than the specified value, reducing a flow rate of discharging compressed refrigerant gas. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 18 for refrigerant compression is interlocked with an engine 13 via transmission 27 and controlled for its speed shift by a transmission control circuit. A refrigerant outlet temperature detecting sensor 52 is attached to the refrigerant outlet side of the compressor 18, and when temperature hereat reaches to more than the specified value, control signal shifting the transmission 27 to the low-speed side is outputted out of the transmission control circuit. And, a solenoid clutch at the low-speed side is operated via a solenoid relay, selecting the transmission 27 to the low-speed side, and rotation of the compressor 19 is lowered down. In consequence, a flow rate of compressed refrigeant gas to be discharged out of the compressor is reduced, thus discharge pressure of the compressor 18 and temperature in a refrigerant outlet are all reducible. |
