PURPOSE:To prevent runaway even if setting of a manual setter for test is changed continuously because of automatic test, by constituting a device so that a preset value is read in for the change of test conditions to output a command value and a safety value. CONSTITUTION:When a manual state command is inputted to a control part 7, a gate circuit 8 is opened, and an up or down pulse proportional to the rotation angle from a dial 1 is supplied to a reversible counter, and an analog command value is outputted from the output of a D/A converter 6. Trigger is given to a control part 7 from the external when the control mode is switched, and thereby, the value of a preset setter 2 is set to a reversible counter 5 through a switch 4 to output a designated value. If alarm is generated, the safety value in a preset setter 3 is preset, and the gate of the gate circuit 8 is closed to give a safe command value to a test body.
