PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of a seat frame but to enhance the strength thereof to aim at reducing the cost thereof, by integrally incorporating a slide rail upper section and a reclining bracket with each other so that the sue of bolts, nuts and rivets for fastening angle sections is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:A seat frame comprises two half sections 1, 2 corresponding to a conventional slide rail upper section, which are vertically split and integral ly incorporated with angle forming sections 1A, 1B as a reclining bracket in the upper section thereof. A longitudinal adjuster is composed of the slide rail upper section and a slide rail lower section 3, rollers 3 and roller balls 5 as main component parts. Further, there are formed laterally extending bulged sections 1E, 2C, 1G, 2E at several positions in the two half sections, which are rounded and which stores therein the balls 5. |
