PURPOSE:To enable high accuracy operation during the simultaneous travelling of a movable frame by a lock mechanism provided on the lower end of the movable frame to simultaneously couple the movable frame with a truck. CONSTITUTION:A lock mechanism 11 is constituted from a pair of left and right swingable cylinders 52 mounted respectively on a bracket 51, a link plate 54 rotated about a pin 53 by the operation of the cylinder 52, a pair of left and right L-shaped lock levers 56 rotated about a pin 55 on the bracket 51 and a link 57 interconnecting the link plate 54 and the lock lever 56. The pair of lock levers 56 is operatively opened and closed by the toggle action through the operation of the cylinder 52 so that the lock levers 56 sandwich a strut 14 of a truck from the front and rear to connect a movable frame 8 to the truck.
