OPERATING METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC ANALYZING INSTRUMENT OF GAS IN OIL

PURPOSE:To uniformly mix the extraction gas drawn into a metering valve system by alternately driving the piston in an extraction gas drawing cylinder and the piston in an extraction gas mixing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Solenoid valves 18 and 20 are first opened and the piston 29a in the extraction gas mixing cylinder 29 is lowered from the uppermost limit position to the lowermost limit position and is stopped. The inside of the mixing cylinder 29 is evacuated and the extraction gas gathered in the metering valve system is kept stirred and flows into the cylinder 29. The extraction gas flowing into the cylinder 29 conversely flows into the evacuated extraction gas drawing cylinder 19 while the gas is kept stirred when the piston 19a in the cylinder 19 is similarly lowered from the uppermost limit position down to the lowermost limit position and is stopped. The piston is then raised from the lowermost limit position to the uppermost limit position and the piston 29a is raised from the lowermost limit position to the uppermost limit position. The extraction gas in the metering valve system is effectively stirred and mixed when a series of such piston operations are repeated.
