PURPOSE:To provide the title film which has an ultraviolet-screening effect and prevents the contents of a package from being discolored or faded, by adding an ultraviolet absorber to a vinyl chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:0.5-5pts.wt. benzophenone or benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber and optionally, additives such as plasticizer, pigment, stabilizer, antioxidant, antistatic agent, etc., are blended with 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin such as PVC homopolymer or copolymer of vinyl chloride with othermonomer such as ethylene or vinyl acetate.The resulting vinyl chloride compsn. is molded into a film on a film molding machine.
