<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the covering and sealing work of a material to be formed and consequently improve the workability and contrive to automate by a constitution wherein an airtight chamber is made by a surface plate, on which the material to be formed is loaded, a vertically shiftable pressing member and a first sealing member. CONSTITUTION:A surface plate 2, on which material to be formed 1 is loaded, a pressing member 3, which covers the material to be formed 1 loaded on the surface plate 2 with proper clearance between the member 3 and the material 1 and yet the top surface of which is made to be vertically shiftable, and a first sealing member, which seals the material to be formed 1 by sealing the surface plate 2 and the pressing member 3, constitute an airtight chamber. In addition, a detachable vacuum fitting to communicate and shut off the interior of the airtight chamber with and from an outside pressure reduction means is provided. Further, side pressure preventive frames 8 and a keep plate 9 are fixed and sealed by means of second sheet-like sealing members 10, each of which is elastic and flexible. Thus, the airtight chamber, in which and with which the material to be formed 1 is housed and sealed, can easily be open and tightly closed. Accordingly, the covering and sealing work of the material to be formed 1 is eliminated. Furthermore, the cost can be reduced, because the pressing member 3 and the respective sealing members 4 and 10 can be used repeatedly.</p> |
