PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism and consequently contrive to enhance the molding efficiency by a structure wherein a mechanism to changeover the supplying of received molten raw material to injection passages from/to its shutting-off by means of a rotary valve member is interlocked with the inclining motion of a molten raw material pressure-feeding mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A rotary valve member 13, in the main body of which injection passage 48 and pressure passages 40 are provided, supplies received molten raw material to the injection passages 48 by interlocking with the inclining motion of a molten raw material pressure-feeding mechanism 5. Owing to the action of a changeover mechanism 6 to shut-off the supplying of molten raw material to the injection passages 48 by means of the rotary valve member 33, which pivots under the condition interlocking with the restoring motion of the molten raw material pressure-feeding mechanism 5, the molten raw material pressure-feeding mechanism 5 and the changeover mechanism 6 actuate each other on time. Because molten raw material is brought into injection position by the pivoting of the rotary valve member simultaneous with the urging of an injection nozzle against a mold by the action of a lifting cylinder, an intricated mechanism for timing can be eliminated. Consequently, the molding action can be ensured and, in addition, the molding efficiency can be enhanced. |
