The system has a mixing condenser arranged in a turbine exhaust steam line, where cooled condensate is sprayed into a turbine exhaust stream flow of the condenser. The condensate is cooled at a temperature of 35 degree Celsius. Measurements and values e.g. temperature, of the condensate are treated as sample values and differ from the sample values. Water drops, which are developed by a spraying process, of a turbine exhaust stream are condensed in the condenser. Condensation heat is completely or partially transferred into the condensate.
