The arrangement has two pressure plates (5, 6) arranged in series in a common housing (1) and rotatably supported around a middle axis between a closing position and an opening position. The plates are supported in the housing such that the plates are arranged section wise transverse to flow direction in the open position of the arrangement, shifted with each other and partially covered. The plates are actuated by a common control unit. A coupling element is provided for actuation of the plates. A double lever comprises a recess that forms a channel.
