The arrangement has a base screen with sections for passage of control elements (11-15) of a control arrangement, and a top screen (31) connected with the base screen and exhibiting sections for passage of the control elements of the control arrangement. An area formed by the sections of the top screen is covered geometrically by the sections of the base screen. The area exhibits a subarea formed by the sections of the base screen. A section of the arrangement is not formed in the top screen with the area. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a screen arrangement for control arrangements of a vehicle.
