The adjusting unit (35) has rotatably driven housing (38) with a guiding path (39), and a sliding collar (40), which is axial slidably positioned on a circumferential toothing, where pivoting movement is produced on a side of the adjusting unit and axial stroke is produced on another side of the adjusting unit. The sliding collar is axially actuated by a guiding sleeve (43), and a guiding pin (44) engages into the guiding path. A guiding element is axially slidable by the sliding collar, and engages into a guiding path of an adjustable machine element.
