摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a welded structure made of an Ni alloy having excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in high-temp. pure water by forming at least the 1st layer of the weld zone, which is subjected to the dilution of base metals in the weld metal, of a specific ratio each of C, Cr, Nb, Ti, Fe and Mn and the balance Ni. CONSTITUTION:At least the 1st layer of the weld zone, which is subjected to the dilution of the base metals, of the welded structure made of the Ni alloy consists of <=0.10% C, 18-22% Cr, 2.0-3.8% Nb, 0.7-5% Ti, <=3% Fe, 2.5-3.5% Mn and the balance substantially Ni. The welding material consists of <=0.075% C, 18.4-25.4% Cr, 2.8-5.4% Nb+Ta, <=1.1% Ti, 3.4-4.6% Mn and the balance substantially Ni. Said material is used under welding conditions of <=20% rate of penetration. The welded structure made of the Ni alloy having the excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in high-temp. pure water is thus produced.
