PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having thermal properties and coatability capable of withstanding on-line coating and having excellent rigidity and impact resistance, consisting of an arom. polycarbonate, polybutylene terephthalate, a graft polymer and a polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:A 5-12C (meth)acrylate ester and an arom. vinyl compd. (e.g. styrene) are grafted onto a diene rubber (e.g. polybutadiene) to obtain a graft copolymer (C). 10-35wt% arom. polycarbonate (A) having an average MW of 10,000-100,000, derived from a dihydric phenol, 50-84wt% polybutylene terephthalate (B) having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.2-2.0, 5-15wt% component C, 0.5-5wt% polyolefin (D) (e.g. PP) and optionally 0.5-5wt% rubber component (D) (e.g. butyl rubber) are mixed together. |
