PURPOSE:To prevent the freezing of water and to obtain good-quality water appropriate for fish culture by adding specified amts. of a silicone resin, a fatty acid ester, glyceric ester and a citoic ester to water. CONSTITUTION:One liter of a mixture contg. 80% silicone resin agent, 2% fatty acid ester, 2% glyceric ester and 1% citoic ester is added to 1,000l of water. The freezing of water can be prevented at >=-20 deg.C by the antifreezing water thus obtained and good-quality water appropriate for fish culture can be obtained.
