PURPOSE:To enable the qmount of an organic solvent used to be reduced without damaging the application properties of a coating liquid, by incorporating a high molecular weight material, particularly, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer into ink components as a dispersant. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is produced by coating a polyester resin film having a thickness of 6mum with a heat-resistant layer having a thickness of 1mum. An intermediate adhesive layer 2 is provided by applying a mixture of a polyester resin, a polyamide resin and a solvent to the base 1 in a thickness of about 3mum. An ink layer 3 is provided by dissolving a low melting point material, paraffin wax and a dye in acetone used as a solvent, further mixing a filler 5 into the solution, and applying the resultant coating liquid to the adhesive layer 2. In providing the ink layer 3, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer is used as a dispersant in the in components 4, whereby the amount of acetone can be reduced to 1/2 of an ordinary amount without damaging the application properties. |
