PURPOSE:To accurately force a paint into the recess on the surface of a veneer by pressing a nozzle having an injection port in the length identical to the width of the veneer, moving the veneer in the lengthwise direction and forcing the paint into the recess on the veneer surface while extruding the air in the recess. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 2 provided with an extremely fine injection port 7 having the length identical to the width of a veneer 6 is pressed on the surface of the veneer in the widthwise direction, and a paint 10 is forced out from the injection port 7 of the nozzle 2 while moving forward the veneer 6 in the lengthwise direction. Accordingly, the paint 10 is forced into the recesses 24 and 25 on the veneer surface 6 while extruding air from the front to the rear end of the recess. Consequently, air is not included in the recess and the paint is accurately forced into the recess irrespective of the size, depth and shape of the recess. Besides, cracks are repaired with a single treatment, filling and wiping can be completely carried out, drying and sanding can be performed in one step, hence the device is simplified and the amt. of paint to be used is reduced.
