PURPOSE:To obtain a product embedded in a resin for a long period while keeping its original state, by replacing an organism with an organic solvent, dehydrating it, replacing the solvent on the superficial part with a transparent resin monomer containing an ultraviolet light sensitizer, irradiating it with ultraviolet rays and curing rapidly only the superficial part. CONSTITUTION:An organism (mainly animal or mushroom having a cell wall consisting of fragile cells) is immersed in an organic solvent such as ethanol, cold acetone, etc., replaced, dehydrated, the organic solvent at least at the superficial part of the organism is replaced with a monomer of a transparent resin such as acrylic resin, styrenic resin, etc., containing an ultraviolet light sensitizer, or with its mixture, the organism is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, the resin monomer and/or prepolymer at the superficial part is rapidly solidified and the superficial part of the organism is fixed. The organism is immediately embedded in the transparent resin.
