PURPOSE:To exactly cut off an object to be cut by providing an oil-pressure mechanism having a constitution in which a shearing blade is provided from the pivotal fitting portion to the tip end of paired arms, notched portions are formed in each shearing blade, and the front end of the arms is opened or closed at the pivotal fitting portion. CONSTITUTION:A pair of arms 1 are set in a mutually facing manner, and a support shaft 1a is pivotally provided between side plates 3 through a shaft 2. The oil-pressure cylinder 13 of an arm-opening and closing drive mechanism is set between the side plates 3, the rear end of one arm 1 is pivotally attached through a pin 16 to the cylinder 13, and the rear end of the other arm 1 is pivotally attached through a pin 17 to the tip of a piston rod 13a. Shearing blades 20 are fixed by bolts 21 to the counter portions from the pivotal fitting portion of the shaft 2 to the tip end of the arms 1. One or more notched portions 22 are provided in part of the shearing blades 20.
