PURPOSE:To enable ships to be moored alongside a quay even under rough weather condition by setting a rubber fender for appraching the quay and a rubber fender for chain mooring at given position of the quay. CONSTITUTION:A fitting part 4 in parallel with the surface of the quay 1 is connected to an impact receiver 20 through supporters 6. A notch 8 to fix a mooring chain 7 is provided in the receiver 20 to form a rubber fender 3 for chain mooring. A rubber fender 2 for approaching the bank and the rubber fender 3 for chain mooring and made fast to the quay 1 along the board side of a chip 9 to be moored.
