PURPOSE:To provide an excellent remedy for renal nephrosis, containing protase (a kind of proteinase) as active component, migrating to the kidney of disordered part in large quantity, effective for the dissipation of edema and formation of new blood vessel and capable of promoting the remedy of chronic inflammation of kidney. CONSTITUTION:The objective remedy for renal nephrosis can be produced by using pronase as active component. Extremely large amount of the pronase migrates to the kidney of the disordered part, exhibits the effect to dissipate the edema of the disordered tissue, to infiltrate into globoid cell, to form new blood vessel and to dissolve the fibrin.It promotes the remedy of chronic inflammation image of kidney, i.e. retroplasia and abnormal proliferation. It is administered orally or parenterally, however, administration in the form of enteric drug is preferable. A remarkable remedying effect can be attained to renal nephrosis to which effective chemotherapeutic means is unavailable.
