PURPOSE:To perform machining of three-dimensional shape with no consumption of an electrode, by feeding the wire electrode to be guided from outside a pipe- shaped electrode guide to its inside and feeding the guide for machining while rotating it around the center axis. CONSTITUTION:A wire electrode 29, being guided into inside a pipe-shaped electrode guide 19 from its peripheral surface through a surface mutually opposed to a work 20, is collected from a wire electrode insertion path 19a to a wire electrode collecting drum 17 in a housing 4. The work 20 is given a rotary motion by a turn table 24 while an X-Y machining feed by cross slide tables 21 and 22. A machine gives a motion in a direction Z to the pipe-shaped electrode guide 19 mounted to a chuck 18 while turns the whole housing 4 by a motor 3 through supporting arms 5.
