PURPOSE:To equalize the amts. of paint to be injected from injection parts by forming the injection part of a rotatable diffusion cylinder in a position inclined to the generatrix of a conical inner peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:An agitation part 18 and a diffusion cylinder 19 for stopping paint from the agitation part 18 with a conical inner peripheral surface 19a around the axis X of rotation in the moving direction and diffusing the stopped paint along the conical inner peripheral surface 19a by the centrifugal force produced by the revolution around the axis X of rotation, is provided to a main body 3 capable of moving in a pipe A along the axial direction of the pipe. In the diffusion cylinder 19, plural injection parts 20 leading from one end of the diffusion cylinder 19 in the axial direction to the other and used for injecting the diffused paint to the outside of the diffusion cylinder 19 by the centrifugal force are formed at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction and the injection part 20 is inclined to the generatrix (l) of the conical inner peripheral surface 19a. Consequently, the amts. of paint to be injected from each injection part are equalized and the inner peripheral surface of a pipe can be coated with a film having uniform thickness.
