PURPOSE:To prevent engine stall by determining the addition correction term used in the calculation of the instruction value for a control valve for the idle revolution speed control on the basis of the difference between the learned values on the basis of the intake pressure at present and the intake pressure in nonloaded state. CONSTITUTION:In an idle revolution speed controller, the opening degree of a control valve 30 is controlled by electric-conduction-controlling the solenoid valve 16 of the control valve 30 in a bypass passage 31 formed so as to make a detour around a throttle valve 32 in an intake passage, by an electronic controller 40. In this case if it is judged by the electronic controller 40 that an engine is in idle revolution speed region, the feedback control term is calculated from the calculation in the feedback control. Then, the intake negative pressure Pba on the downstream side of the throttle valve 32 with the engine in nonloaded state is learned to calculates the learned value Pbref, and when the engine is in loaded state, the asdition correction term is calculated on the basis of the difference between Pba and Pbref. Then, the control-valve instruction value is obtained on the basis of the sum of the control term and the addition correction term.
