PURPOSE:To reduce a waiting time of an user and improve an using efficiency by providing a changing over means for calling a receiving side by an instantaneous transmitting means nd changing over to a file transmitting means when detecting the speaking. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile equipment connected to a subscriber line is provided with a network control section 12. The network control section 12 calls by the other party telephone number transmitted by an automatic dial section 11 and has a means for detecting the speaking. When the speaking is informed by the network control section 12, a main control section 1 changes over an operating mode to a file transmitting mode by a changing over processing means 14. Namely, when a transmitting original is read, it is accumulated in an accumulating memory 6 together with the other party telephone number, stored in a telephone number memory 13, a receiving side is called at a fixed interval and an accumulated facsimile signal is transmitted. After the accumulation, other user can transmit, a waiting time is reduced, an using efficiency is improved and a trouble of a reprocessing operation is released.
