PURPOSE:To eliminate the deterioration of a speed variation rate even if an inertia is largely varied due to the change of a gear range by altering a proportional gain and an integrating gain on the basis of gear data from a gear ratio setter by a compensator of a controller. CONSTITUTION:A controller 11 receives a speed command from the exterior to alter the value of a proportional gain Kp of a compensator by observing the data of a gear ration setter 9, and calculates to control a vector according to the value of the compensator. Further, a motor 12 is so controlled as to move as a speed command while observing the signal of a speed detector 13 added to the motor 12 to become the prescribed current control, i.e., the prescribed speed. Thus, if the gear ratio, for example, decreases, the inertia increases. Accordingly, the speed control is performed by increasing the proportional gain, thereby improving a responsiveness. |
