PURPOSE:To control plural subscribers through one circuit by changing the communication control subscriber data of a switching network access circuit into the subscriber data of a subscriber connected through a switching network at every time a request to the subscriber is made. CONSTITUTION:When a request to make a communication between a direct connected subscriber and the subscriber A connected through the switching network is made, a circuit controller LC1 sends the number of the subscriber A to a number analytic setting device MS. The number analytic setting device MS analyzes the number by a number analyzing device AS, and finds the communication control subscriber data and the switching network controller LC2 of the switching network Y to which the subscriber A is connected in a table X, thereby sending the data of the subscriber A. The switching network controller LC2 changes the communication control data of the circuit into the data of the subscriber A and then calls the subscriber A through the switching network Y.
