PURPOSE:To rapidly fully close or open an expansion valve at stopping or starting time of a compressor by 2-phase-exciting a stepping motor at starting or stopping time. CONSTITUTION:A motor of a stepping motor drive expansion valve 4 is normally driven in 1-2-phase excitation. Temperatures are detected by thermistors 6, 7, 8, transmitted to a controller 9, processed to be controlled in a microcomputer in the controller 9 to feed-back control the motor, thereby accurately controlling the opening. The motor is driven in 2-phase excitation at starting and stopping time of a compressor 1, an expansion valve is momentarily controlled to be fully opened or close, liquid coolant is effectively stopped to flow out at the stopping time, and rapidly supplied at the starting time. |
