PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency by rising a low power AC signal by a rectifier, matching the impedance with a load circuit, thereby reducing a voltage loss and matching the impedance. CONSTITUTION:A generator 1 rotates its permanent magnet rotor 3 to vary its magnetic flux. The variation in the magnetic flux generates an induced voltage in an armature coil 2 through a magnetic core 4. A double voltage full-wave rectifying and smoothing circuit 5 which uses Schottky barrier type diodes and capacitors raises a low power AC signal voltage to match with the impedance to a load 6. The load 6 contains a CMOSIC.
