<p>PURPOSE:To transmit and large amount of data at a high speed by transmitting transfer data together with added error correction codes an correcting a transmission error of the transfer data on the basis of the error correction codes. CONSTITUTION:When an address code A indicates one station, the station receives transfer data is its received data and transfers and outputs it to a next station. Further, when the indicated station has transfer data, its logical part 4 adds an address code A to the transfer data, which is supplied to an error correction code generating circuit 5. The circuit 5 generates an error correction code ECC consisting of eight bits for the ability to correct every one-bit error and the code is added to the data, so that a parallel-series converter 6 sends the resulting data to a data transmission line by a transmitter 7. Each station of the network corrects the transmission bit error of the transfer data with the error correction code added to the transmitted data to obtain accurate data.</p> |
