<p>PURPOSE:To enable a hospital visitor to know his/her turn by attaining the visual confirmation of the reception number by means of the consultation ticket of a magnetic card and furthermore calling automatically a clinical chart in a consultation room by putting the consultation ticket into a consultation room processor. CONSTITUTION:A password necessary for operations of each processor is recorded on a consultation ticket VC and can be read later together with the information to be informed to each patient from the hospital side and the processing conditions of each processor. The data on the ticket VC are supplied through an input part 8 and a reception number is set. When a patient puts his/her ticket into a processor set in a consultation room, a clinical chart corresponding to the due clinical chart number. Then a doctor reads the clinical chart and then writes the additional medical information and the medical charge calculated automatically to the clinical chart as well as the charge amount to the ticket VC after consultation. Finally the ticket VC is put into an automatic receiving machine for adjustment of the medical charge.</p> |
