PURPOSE:To obtain a negative type color film remarkably enhanced in sharpness and resolution magnifiable at high rate by forming a green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer on a support and a photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a nonphotosensitive layer containing a nondiffusive dye mainly absorbing green light on the side of an exposure lamp. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photographic sensitive material has the green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer formed on the support and at least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer and at least one nonphotosensitive layer containing the nondiffusive dye absorbing green light on the side of the exposure lamp. Said dye is dissolved in high-boiling and low-boiling solvents, mixed with an aqueous solution of gelatin containing a surfactant, emulsifying the mixture with a dispersing means, and added to a nonphotosensitive hydrophilic colloidal solution, and this solution is used.
