PURPOSE:To obtain a photoelectron device, in which beams having different luminous wavelengths are emitted from a single semiconductor element, by forming a light-emitting element with a plurality of light-emitting sections having different luminous wavelengths. CONSTITUTION:A laser chip (a light-emitting element) 1 is shaped to the upper surface of a substrate in a package. Laser beams 4, 5 having mutually different wavelengths are emitted severally in the same direction from two resonators 2, 3, one ends thereof are exposed at the adjacent positions of the same surface in the main surface of the laser chip 1. These laser beams 4, 5 move forward to an inner wire for an optical fiber core wire 6 for transmission extended while penetrating a package, and are taken into the optical fiber core wire 6. Laser beams 4, 5 are taken precisely into a core positively in the optical fiber core wire 6, and transmitted as shown in the arrow by a bold line.
