PURPOSE:To display satisfactorily function of a copying device by providing plural developing devices containing different kinds of developers in the developing device beforehand, and making the devices to select processes of different image forming suitable for developing characteristic of the developer or the use of the copy with advance of operation. CONSTITUTION:In a microreader printer, for instance, a black positive copy is obtained from following three copying modes, that is, to obtain a black position copy from a negative film, to obtain a black positive copy from a positive film and to obtain a red positive copy from a positive film. These three copying modes are selected by a copying mode selector button, and developing devices 23a, 23b, 23c provided for each mode is selected. At the same time, the kind of toner of the developing device 23 or image forming processing suitable for copying mode is set. |
