<p>PURPOSE:To display the corresponding explanation with no change of a program and to offer convenience to execution of a job, by using a file while defines the relation between the state and the explanation of an optional display screen of an optional program. CONSTITUTION:When a help key 6 is pushed while the picture information give from a processing program 1 is displayed 3 on the screen of a display device 2, the code corresponding to the key 6 is informed to a helper 8. Receiving the code of the key 6, a screen analyzing part 9 of the helper 8 reads the display screen of the program 1 onto a main storage to store it in a preservation file 3 and also the analyze the display picture information. A help profile analyzing part 10 uses the screen discrimination name delivered from the process of the part 9 as a key and extract the information related to the display screen 3 on a help profile 14. When the profile analyzing process is through, the explanation name is delivered as a result. An explanation display part 11 uses said explanation name as a key to search a help explanation library 15 and reads a subject document into a main storage for display.</p> |
