The invention relates to an easy-to-use apparatus for cutting glass that makes it possible to maintain constant pressure and a constant cutting angle. The aim of the invention is to make clean, grooveless cuts and avoid breaking the glass. The apparatus uses a guide column linked by a dual-pivot link to a sleeve. A cutting tip is connected to the guide column by a spring that maintains the correct pressure.
