PURPOSE:To attains excellent dubbing synchronously with the 1st and 2nd motors by using a control signal corresponding to the speed of the 1st motor in common for the 1st and 2nd motor control signals so as to apply the speed control. CONSTITUTION:An error signal Fo obtained from a speed servo circuit 41 and an error signal Do obtained from a phase servo circuit 42 are fed to an adder circuit 42. An output signal Vo of the adder circuit 43 includes an error and the output signal Vo controls a motor 31 to a desired speed. A pulse signal Dp and a pulse signal Dp' corresponding to the speed of a motor 33 are fed to a phase servo circuit 52 of the recording system II to obtain an output signal Do' in response to the phase difference of a pulse signal 2. Thus, the output signal Do' has an error corresponding to the drive of the motor 31 of the reproducing system, the output signal Do' and the output signal Fo' of the speed servo circuit 51 are added by an adder circuit 53 and the output signal Vo' controls the motor 33.
