PURPOSE:To improve high frequency characteristics by providing a phase compensating circuit composed of plural capacitors for phase compensation and changeover switches to a differential amplifying circuit formed of an MOSFET. CONSTITUTION:Output signals from differential amplifying MOSFETs Q3 and Q4 are supplied to an output MOSFETQ8. This FETQ8 is provided with a phase compensating circuit PC between a gate and a drain (nodes N1 and N2) as its input and output. This phase compensating circuits PC consists of plural capacitors C1-Cn for phase compensation and plural switches S1, S1'-Sn, and Sn' which couple them with the nodes N1-N2 selectively. Then, the respective switches are turned on and off selectively according to the process variance of the amplifier circuit to perform optimum phase compensation. Consequently, the high frequency characteristics are improved.
