PURPOSE:To control and store instructions when an updated display graphic form is displayed again and a graphic form is produced by updating the contents of an instruction input file even to the addition, deletion, correction, etc. of the graphic form in addition to registration of an instruction to the instruction input file. CONSTITUTION:When a graphic form is produced additionally from a graphic display device 5 via an input device, an identification number ID of the graphic form is produced from a device control part 4. Then a series operations needed for production of the graphic form are sent to an instruction adversely producing part 33. The part 33 produces said series of operations in the form of instructions. These new instructions and the number ID are sent to an instruction/ID correspondence table control part 32 for additional production of an instruction/ID correspondence table 32. When the table 32 is updated, the contents of an instruction input file 1 are updated by an input control part 2. Then the contents of the file 1 can be updated via an instruction control part 3 with operations of the device 5.
