摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily adjust the previously given pressure and amount by providing Bellerville springs outside both opposed bearings on both sides of an autorotating surface gear. CONSTITUTION:The drawing shows the center cross-sectional view of a maximum tooth meshing section. An inclined shaft 3 in an autorotating shaft 5 type synchro-gear speed change unit is attached such that it may move in the direction X-X of the autorotating shaft 5, and when Bellerville springs 12 at both ends thereof are fastened, autoratating surface gears 1, 4 are pressed inward so that both crest surfaces of meshed gears with respect to a gear 2 are equally previously pressed. That is, the pressurizing force of the Bellerville springs 12 attached onto the center shaft may be adjusted by means of rotation check bolts 10, 11 attached to the outer edge part of the autorotating gear 1, and to one end face of a housing 6 and Bellerville springs 14, 15 for the shaft, and therefore, when the Bellerville spring 12 is fastened by a nut 20 to limit its resilent deformation, if this previous pressure force is reduced, it may be reduced by fastening the Bellerville spring 14 by the bolt 10 so that the previous pressure force may be reduced.
